Experience overview

Mr. Gregory has worked in web development and online user-experience for 15 years. Most recently, he has provided UX/UI strategy and design for websites, mobile apps and applications for commercial, military and government clients.

Project Experience

HUDExchange.info, Housing and Urban Development, 2014-2015. HUD Exchange is a site for professionals that work with HUD programs. Mr. Gregory provided user experience, information architecture and content strategy expertise. As requirements were gathered from the client, Mr. Gregory provided usability analysis, established design standards, and developed interactive prototypes (using Axure).

National Resource Center for Healthy Marriage and Families. The Healthy Marriage and Families website is resource for family service practitioners. Mr. Gregory conducted usability analysis of the site using UX best-practices and an understanding of Drupal modules and best-practices.

Creative works performance tracking tool for a major US entertainment industry client, 2013-2014. Mr. Gregory provided UX expertise to a major entertainment organization, which developed an application which allows users to register creative works for the purpose of tracking performances and receiving royalty payments. The project includes .NET and mobile (iOS and Android) versions. Mr. Gregory facilitated requirement gathering, documented application workflow and designed an interactive wireframe prototype.

Children’s Bureau Express, Administration for Children & Families, 2013. Children’s Bureau Express (CBX) is an adoption news website. Mr. Gregory worked with the communication team to document the client’s needs redesign and built a wireframe prototype.

Health.mil, Military Health System, 2012-2013. While employed at IntelliDyne, Mr. Gregory provided UX/UI consultation for the consolidation and redesign of several military health websites into one portal. This included developing content strategy documents, reorganizing content, reporting analytics (using Google Analytics and Webtrends), designing wireframes (using Balsamiq and Axure RP) and conducting usability tests.
